Flats & Fly Fishing in Cozumel is a second option when staying in Tulum.

Fly fishing Cozumel from Tulum you will need to get up to Playa del Carmen then cross over on the ferry. From there it will be a short taxi ride to the marina.

Fly fish for bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, and Snook as well for some Grand Slam opportunities.

There are three lagoons at the northern end of the island, Rio de la Plata, Montecristo, and Paso Balem and they offer Bonefishing all year long.

Your Fly Fishing Charter you will be guided on a classic Mexican Panga skiff with your experienced guide.

Your day will be spent fishing a beautiful estuary on the boat as well as lots of wading opportunities so some flats boots will be needed.

Fly Fishing or Light Tackle Fishing Charters depart from the northern end of the island. Departure time is dependant what time you arrive to the Island.
